Forever Ago
Forever Ago presents a heartbreaking representation of Alfred's struggle through the loss of his wife. By following him on this personal secular pilgrimage through the best times of his relationship with Audrey, I was able to experience simultaneously their love story alongside Alfred's current grief, which made the experience even...
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is not for those with weak stomachs. It's also got a lot of painful imagery. If you can power through that, there's a solid survival horror experience underneath.
Silver Pines draws plenty of inspiration from its contemporaries, but unlike other love letters to gaming and television classics, it finds the means to make things its own. While it fails to sell me on the combination of the horror and Metroidvania genres, Silver Pines’ fascinating premise, thought-provoking ending, and...
RuneScape: Dragonwilds intelligently takes the most iconic elements of the franchise and makes them work in an entirely new genre. It stands out amongst the survival game crowd thanks to its competency, depth, engaging systems and player freedom. Some designs can be improved, no doubt, but Dragonwilds' most exciting aspect...
STAR WARS: Galactic Racer is fast and dangerous ‘runs-based’ game with surprisingly deep mechanics, without losing sight of what makes an arcade racer fun. But it’s the world around the racing that gives it that special Star Wars charm, filling its dusty planets, paddocks and racing leagues with the strange...
End of Abyss is a creepy adventure whose charm takes time to settle in. The dark atmosphere heightens the experience, making you fearful yet curious about what comes next. The difficulty is just right, and you won't run out of resources, letting you control enemy situations as you like. It's...
Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered is the first remaster of the Dynasty Warriors series from Koei Tecmo and Omega Force, and hopefully not the last. While musou games aren't a groundbreaking genre in 2026, it's fun to just hack and slash at cannon fodder as you try your best...
Toem 2
Toem 2 is a wonderful little game to explore. It feels like a vacation from the real world with fun gameplay, cute characters and delightful music and sound design. There’s a lot to discover in the world, with plenty of critters to find, tasks to complete and endless silly things...
Serious Sam returns in Serious Sam: Shatterverse, a roguelite co-op FPS. Is it enough to win over new players and old fans alike?
Another Eden Begins feels like other time-traveling JRPGs but has enough charm and variation to stand out on its own.
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is a glorious successor to Three Houses in almost every aspect, with only a few pacing issues.
Marvel's Wolverine is a compelling superhero adventure, offering intense action and delightful character moments in equal measure.
