Steam Deck HQLatest Reviews
Tactics Ogre: Reborn is an incredible re-imagining of an awesome game and it feels perfect to play on the Steam Deck.
Dwarf Fortress is an incredible game that highlights the best of what the colony-simulator genre is capable of. On the Steam Deck, it runs near perfectly and can be very enjoyable, but some UI and text resizing would be helpful. A community controller layout will be needed for optimal play...
The DioField Chronicle is an interesting JRPG with a unique story to the genre. The game runs beautifully on the Steam Deck, though cinematic cutscene slowdowns and some very minor controller gripes do exist.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is an epic way to experience the DBZ story. Don't let that Unsupported rating fool you, this game works amazing on the Steam Deck too!
High on Life is an awesome and hilarious shooter that feels fantastic on the Steam Deck, with some compromises.
Wavetale is an awesome game that shines in how you traverse through the archipelago and you will be able to easily enjoy this on your Steam Deck!

IXION is an awesome looking game with a great premise that really captures attention, but with some graphical issues, framerate that can't go above 30, and lack of controller support, I would stick to desktop as of now.
Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- is a JRPG that breaks the normal conventions in an enjoyably fun experience that runs near perfectly on the Steam Deck!
Chained Echoes is a new 16-bit JRPG that shines with its visuals, faster turn-based combat, and attention to detail. It also performs near-perfectly on the Steam Deck!
Marvel's Midnight Suns is a fun strategy game using a unique card-based system, and while it does have some minor issues, it overall runs well on the Steam Deck.
The Callisto Protocol has the potential to run well on Deck, but can't quite do it yet.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is an awesome co-op RPG that is filled with gorgeous views and exciting action, but unfortunately, you won't enjoy it locally on the Steam Deck.
