Despite the randomized traitor system offering some strong replayability, I can’t say that I’m inclined to play through this game again. Lost Dimension would make a good rental for fans of strategy RPGs, but it is hard to recommend for other gamers.

That having been said, Heavensward takes Final Fantasy XIV’s reborn realm and takes those high emotions from Patch 2.55 and twisting them into a beautifully dark Final Fantasy story while also polishing many aspects of the gameplay to make the game both more accessible and enjoyable.

Adventures of Pip is a charming game with a lovely soundtrack by Jake “virt” Kaufman and interesting mechanics allowing you to increase or decrease Pip’s pixel count. With a few minor annoyances, the gameplay is fun while also offering a difficulty that I would consider just right. It starts off...

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStaton 3, PlayStation Vita and PC. Being an episodic game, is available at several price ranges including $5.99 per episode, $24.99 for the complete season, and $39.99 for the game at retail which includes additional bonus content...

The combat is fun, and makes the game fun to play which is the most important part of a game at the end of the day. The variety of the characters in combat is fantastic and thinking about it makes me sad that you only control one character in the upcoming Final...

At the end of the day, Hand of Fate is a solid time waster because of it’s sheer randomness offered by the decks you use. The more you play, the more cards you unlock, the more random the game becomes. Some of the games may be a walk in the...

Overall, while it is an interesting experiment, I found Rollers of the Realm to be somewhat uninteresting…and occasionally infuriating. However, I can’t call it a bad game. The mechanics and the gameplay are solid, and the concept, while unusual, is pulled off quite well here. The dull story and occasional reliance...

The faults are annoyingly intrusive enough to keep the game from getting a perfect or near-perfect score, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to any Tales fan, or a fan of JRPGs or Action RPGs in general. I would recommend playing the first Xillia game beforehand, though. While it isn’t...

Looking at the game objectively, though, this is a solid 4X game. Everything that a player of the genre would want is here, and it plays with some interesting mechanics that I have not run across in my (limited) experience with this style of gaming. Each faction has a very...

My final opinion and score for this game really comes down to the audience. If you are a fan of Japanese pop culture, or you are an otaku yourself, you are sure to find something to love in this game. It can be easy to look past the issues and...

Some players will be incredibly put off by the games slow pace, but for those who give it a chance, you’ll find what I believe to be one of the best stories in video games of recent memory. Even if you have to seek it out on PSP, it is...

I would recommend this game even to those that aren’t fans of the fighting game genre. The battle system is fluid and fun and helps to keep every encounter interesting. On the plus side, there is no need to remember massive amounts of combo inputs to pull off special attacks...
