Read PlayStation LifeStyle's FIFA 18 review to find out why Electronic Arts' latest sports title is the best one they've put out in years.
FIFA 18 is the most solid entry in the series in several years. The presentation has never been better and the game has never been more realistic. EA have made subtle improvements to the Frostbite based gameplay that was introduced last year, but If you weren’t a huge fan of the gameplay last year, chances are you’re going to still be quite unhappy with what is on offer. There’s major changes to The Journey for those that enjoy the single player portion of the game and FIFA Ultimate Team/Career Mode have also seen several changes that will be sure to keep FIFA fans happy for another year.

It is the little things added to FIFA that always set the game apart. The stadiums, the feel of the game, even trash blowing across the pitch make you feel like you are in a real match. EA has been on a mission to make all of these elements a strong part of the game to put any fan into the match day insanity. We had a lot of fun with FIFA 2018 and will continue to play for a while. The different game modes are a lot to go through and it all depends on how you want to experience the top sports...
Solid improvements and a strong story make EA's game a top flight player.
FIFA 18 is the best FIFA game in years. There are some obvious flaws — some of which are more frustrating than others — but as a complete package, the series is making progress, once again.
“I always want it loud,” he said in 2013 when describing the differences between his all-action Borussia Dortmund side and Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal. “He likes having the ball, playing football, passes. It’s like an orchestra.”
The improvements are slight, but this is still the best FIFA has been in several years – in terms of gameplay as well as just presentation.
We tell you, it’s a good game! It’s not average! It might have some problems here and there, but you have to admit it is a “Good” game.
FIFA 18 is by no means a perfect game, the lack of customization and emotionless animations from players puts the game back a few steps, but this is not a bad game. Whether you have been on a FIFA hiatus or you are a long-time veteran, you should come back to this series -- if only for the single-player content.
The worldwide football hit FIFA is finally back on a Nintendo home console after many years with Fifa 2018. I couldn't be more excited to play one of my favor
But FIFA 18 is still seductively deep and delivers excitement. It gave me the feeling that there is still so much to learn about what appears to be a rather straightforward sport, and that the game would gladly help me understand. This is always the time of year when I ask myself why I don’t just spend all of my time playing FIFA, and FIFA 18 poses the question more forcefully than ever.
