Capcom's Pragmata releases after being announced at the PS5 reveal. Combining a heartfelt narrative and tight gameplay, does it deliver?
Pragmata is finally here - and yes, you get a cute robot daughter. But with ADHD-tingling combat and a story that will tug at your heart, is one robot girl enough to make Pragmata amazing?
PRAGMATA is an engaging and entertaining game with both a unique combat mechanic and compelling characters. While the fighting can be a bit slow at times, it is definitely a must-play.
Over the past few years, Capcom has rarely missed, landing just about every major release while still being willing to experiment with new formulas and styles. I do think the core loop of each level is a bit basic in terms of moment-to-moment action, and the game's story, while serviceable, doesn't quite capture the emotions I think it wanted to. Regardless, at the end of the day, this is a very entertaining and impressive video game, and what's been pulled off...
